Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and 5Lab Group Co., Ltd. (Bangkok, Thailand) for the LittleStep app and this website. Using LittleStep means you accept them.
1. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and be the parent or legal guardian of the child you set up in the app. The account is yours; a child does not sign in or use it alone. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anyone you invite to your family.
2. It is a Free Beta
LittleStep is currently free while we learn from real families. Nothing is locked, nothing is sold, and there is no subscription, no purchase and no card. Because it is a beta, features may change or disappear, and it may be unavailable at times.
If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly and in advance. Nothing you have already been given will be taken away and sold back to you.
3. The stories are written by AI
Every story, moment and illustration in LittleStep is generated by an AI model from what you told us about your child. We shape it hard and we review the content we seed — but generated text can still be odd, wrong, or not what you would have written.
Read it with your child, not instead of being there. If a story is not right for your family, skip it and tell us. Nothing in LittleStep is medical, psychological or educational advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional's opinion about your child.
4. What you may do with what you make
The stories, moments and pictures made for your child are yours to read, keep, print and share with your family. Please do not resell them or publish them commercially.
You keep everything you give us — your notes about your child stay yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store what you wrote, send it to the AI provider that writes the story, and show it back to you.
5. Fair use
Please do not:
- use LittleStep to make content about someone else's child without their parent's say-so;
- try to make the app produce harmful, sexual, hateful or illegal content;
- break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
- resell access, or use the service to build a competing product.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
6. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, or via littlestep.app/delete-account. We can close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service — if we shut LittleStep down we will give notice and a way to keep what you have.
7. No warranty, and the limit of our liability
LittleStep is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular story will suit your child.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you have paid us (which, during the Free Beta, is nothing) or THB 1,000. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use LittleStep after that means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
Thai law governs these terms, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction — without taking away any consumer protection you have where you live.
