Free Beta — open to families now

One little step,
every day.

LittleStep gives you exactly two choices each day — a Story or a Moment. Both carry the same developmental intention, so you can choose on mood alone and never pick the wrong one. One is a complete day.

Not out yet — we're opening it to a small group of families first. Ask for an invite.

Two choices, one intention

A story to read, or five minutes together.

Not a feed to scroll and not a curriculum to keep up with. Two things, both right for today — pick the one that fits the evening you're actually having.

A Story

Written for your child by name, at her age, around what she loves and what she's working through right now — and read together in the app, one story, one evening. Tonight a little dinosaur is too scared of the lake, and she's the one who holds his hand.

A Moment

Five minutes, nothing to buy and nothing to prepare. Sometimes a game, sometimes only a conversation on the way out the door. It should never feel like an activity — it should feel like "let's do this together".

How it works

Under a minute to set up. Nothing to keep up with after that.

Tell us who

A name, a birthday, a few things she loves. If you'd like, talk to us for two minutes about her in your own words — LittleStep listens, so everything sounds like hers.

Open the app

Today's two are already waiting. No feed, no catalogue, no decisions about what's good for her — that part is already done.

Do one

Then the day is finished and the screen says so. There is nothing left over and nothing to catch up on tomorrow.

Made for the parent, too

You always get to see why.

Every story and every moment carries a reason, in plain language — what it practised, why LittleStep picked it today, and what's likely next. Not a dashboard, not a score. Just the thinking, shown to you after you've already had the nice part.

For you

What we practised

Working memory — holding multi-step instructions.

Why LittleStep chose this

At three, holding a short sequence in mind is just emerging. Anya has been dropping the last item in a list, so today we practised three — playfully, with no right answer.

What we noticed

She remembered all three, twice.

What's likely next

Four things, in order.

What it isn't

Less, but exactly right.

LittleStep is not a library you have to get through, and it is not school. The hardest work in it went into everything it decided not to show you.

  • No streaks and nothing to catch up on. Miss a day and nothing is lost.

  • No endless feed. Two choices a day, and one of them is enough.

  • No ads, ever. Nobody is buying your child's attention here.

  • No worksheets, no tests, no scores. The learning is inside the story, where a three-year-old will actually meet it.

  • Your family's words stay yours. Delete everything from inside the app, any day, and it is gone — see the privacy policy.

The Free Beta

Everything is free while we learn from real families.

Nothing is locked, nothing is sold, and there is nothing to decide beyond opening the app. No prices, no plans, no card.

Nothing is locked

Every story and every moment is open to you.

Your family shapes it

What you use and what you skip guides what we build next.

Tell us anything

A note from the profile tab reaches the whole team.

One thing, just right for today.
